Our newsletter printing company can print your company newsletter in 1, 2 or full color. Various paper stocks and weights are available. Other paper stocks that are available include gloss, matte and uncoated paper in 70# and 100#. Below you will find cheap prices for 4/4 printing on 80# gloss text paper. Standard folding is included with the pricing. We are a full service mail house and can provide direct mail services for company newsletters. Our mailing service will save you time and money.

| Prices Include: Prepress and a single PDF proof, full bleed, 4 color printing on 80# gloss (book) text (house stock) and standard folding. Double gate fold and custom folding is additional charge. Shipping via UPS or common carrier is not included. Rates will vary on weight and service level. Shipping point is Milwaukee, Wisconsin. |
| - Proofs: If more than one electronic proof is request/required an additional charge of $25.00 per proof will be added. For a hardcopy digital proof, please add $45.00. For a hardcopy Matchprint Proof, please add $65.00 to above pricing. For either hardcopy proof the prices include next day air in one direction and the proofs must be returned to us prior to print production. |
| - Printing Method: Custom newsletter printing for 8 1/2" x 11" for quantity 1000 or less is done digital. For 8 1/2" x14" and 11"x17" for quantities 500 or less are done digital. All other quantities and sizes are done via offset presses. |
| - Production Time: Our standard production time is 4 business days from time of proof approval. For two (2) business day production, please add $60.00 . |
| - Payment and Taxes: For payment we accept all major credit cards, cashiers check or bank wire transfers. Taxes are only charged in Wisconsin. |
