We are a full service mailing house that can print and mail your newsletter all under one roof. This will save your shipping time, dealing with multiple companies and decrease your production cost. Since we are centrally located in the Midwest your mail gets delivered nationwide via US postal services fast.
Our newsletter direct mail services includes the following: (1) Usage of our mail indicia (1st class, 1st class presort, 3rd class presort or non-profit); (2) data administration and CASS Certify (Includes merge/purge, fast forward and Cass certify your mailing list); (3) Inkjet address information and USPS barcode information; (4) A single (one) closure tab will be affixed to the newsletter; (5) United States postal form and information will be completed and submitted; (6)Â Delivery to the Milwaukee post office. Estimated Postage (Per Piece) - Actual postage can not be determined until we receive your mailing list. For "Letter Size" the piece must be smaller than 11 1/8" across by 6 1/8" tall and for "Flat Size" is larger than letter-size but smaller than 12"x15".

If additional closure tabs are required the cost is $15.00 per tab per 1000. Actual postage is not included in the quote mailing services. |
| - Postage Cost: Actual postage will be determined once we receive your mail data. Postage paid via credit card is charged an additional 2.5% of the actual postage. |
| - Mailing Data Format: Customer provided mail list must be in MS Excel, ASCII or Tab Delimited format. The address, city, state, and zip code must be in separate columns so that we can sort your data. All customer list(s) are destroyed within 3 days from time of mail drop. |
| - Production Time: Our standard mail production time is 3 business days or less. For two (2) business day production, please add $40.00 . |
| - Delivery of Mail: EBA Printing takes no responsibility for the delivery of mail once we have delivered the mail to the Milwaukee Post Office and have receive an official receipt. First Class mail will typically arrive within 1 to 4 mailing days from time of delivery. Third Class and Non-Profit (bulk mail) will arrive any where from 3 to 28 mailing days. If your piece is time sensitive we highly recommend 1st class mail. |
| - Payment and Taxes: For payment we accept all major credit cards, cashiers check or bank wire transfers. Taxes are only charged in Wisconsin |
