Metallic Ink	Add $20.00 per 1000 to above prices if its one of the primary ink colors. If its a 5th ink color add $75.00 per 1000
Perforation	$10.00 per 1000 for straight perf and $35.00 per 1000 for T-Perf
Drilling	$15 first 1000 and $10 each additional 1000s (up to 3 holes)
Consecutive Numbering (red or black ink)	$20 first 1000 and $15 each additional 1000s
Full Bleed (printing goes to edge of paper)	Add 5% to above prices
Ink Coverage (greater than 60%)	For Full Saturation add 5% to above prices
Collate & Saddle Stitch (create booklet, manual or catalog)	Add $75.00 for first 1000 and $50 each additional 1000s up to max 32 finished pages

Production Time is 2 Business Days for One/Two Color Printing and 4 Business Days for Full Color Printing from time of proof approval. For 2 day rush service add $75.00. All published offset stationery printting rates and quotes pending compatible Press Ready Files.

Design Services are available for $30.00 per 1/2 hour (when you print with us)

No sales tax (except for Wisconsin).
