Printing of Custom 1, 2 and Full Color

Our regular window envelopes can be printed in one, two or four color. The pricing below is for 24# white wove envelopes. Pastel colors are available for 6 3/4 and #10 window envelopes.

The window sizes and location of the window are our standard. Additional window sizes and locations are available in already preformed and/or with custom die cutting and printing.

The pricing below is for "non-bleed" (no printing to the edge of the envelope) with a white margin of .375 inches all the way around. If your envelope has full bleed, it will most likely require conversion (printing a flat sheet then converting to the required size). Click now to learn more about print full bleed envelopes.

The pricing bands for our most popular business windows found below are for 10,000 or less. If you are using a PMS color and its a metallic ink, fluorescent ink and/or custom ink additional charges will apply.

Notes:

1. Prices Include: Prepress (pre-flight for artwork files) and a single PDF proof. Shipping via UPS or common carrier is not included. Rates will vary on weight and service level. Shipping point is Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

2. Proofs: If more than one electronic proof is requested/required an additional charge of $25.00 per proof will be added. For a hardcopy Matchprint Proof (for full color only), please add $55.00 to above pricing. For hardcopy proof the prices include next day air in one direction and the proofs must be returned to us prior to print production.

3. Printing Method: All envelopes are printed offset.

4. Metallic and Custom PMS colors: A metallic ink, fluorescent ink and/or custom ink is a minimum additional charge of $40.00 or 12%, whichever is greater.

5. Full Bleed and Printing on Flap: The additional charge for a two sided bleed is a minimum charge of $50.00. If your envelope bleeds on 3 or more sides, your envelope will require conversion (printing a flat sheet then converting to the required size). For printing on the flap of an envelope requires us to extend the flap and then close the flap once we have completed the printing process. The minimum charge is $40 and/or $40 per 1000.

6. Production Time: Our standard production time is 5 business days from time of proof approval. For two (2) business day production, please add $35.00 for quantity 2500 or less and for a 5000 or more, please add $90.00.

7. Payment and Taxes: For payment we accept all major credit cards, cashiers check or bank wire transfers. Taxes are only charged in Wisconsin.
