Since 1959 we have been printing custom envelopes for clients across the United States. Our showcase window envelopes can be printed in one, two or four color. The pricing below is for 28# white wove envelopes. The printing is normally done on the flap of the envelope.
The pricing below is for "non-bleed" (no printing to the edge of the envelope) with a white margin of .375 inches all the way around. If your envelope has full bleed, it will most likely require conversion (printing a flat sheet then converting to the required size). Click now to learn more about print full bleed envelopes. If you are using a PMS color and its a metallic ink, fluorescent ink and/or custom ink additional charges will apply. | 2. Proofs: If more than one electronic proof is requested/required an additional charge of $25.00 per proof will be added. For a hardcopy Matchprint Proof (for full color only), please add $55.00 to above pricing. 5. Full Bleed and Printing on Flap: The additional charge for a two sided bleed is a minimum charge of $50.00. If your envelope bleeds on 3 or more sides, your envelope will require conversion (printing a flat sheet then converting to the required size). For printing on the flap of an envelope requires us to extend the flap and then close the flap once we have completed the printing process. The minimum charge is $40 and/or $40 per 1000. |

| 6. Production Time: Our standard production time is 5 business days from time of proof approval.
