Don’t Wait Until January This Time

New Years is a time of resolutions. It is also a time to switch from the old calendar to the new one. Often, these include calendars that your business, charity, club, or family has worked hard to put together. Of course, each year there are a number of bulk calendar printing products that don’t make it to the cubicle, office or kitchen walls until late January or even February. A late print job leads to missed opportunities, and a great fundraiser idea has become something to discount, or worse, not sell at all.

Attention all procrastinators! Now is the time to begin planning your new calendar! School is back in session, people are done with vacation, it’s time to gather the resources you need and send them out for full color calendar printing. If you are a family, send out the email request for the best seasonal shots of the kiddos. Find a good pic for each month, and send them out now, so that they’re ready to distribute during Thanksgiving. This way, when Uncle Frank and Grandpa Tom decide to get into politics, you’ll have something better to refocus everyone’s attention on.

If you’re a business who is creating an employee calendar, consider booking photo sessions for the fall retreat. You’ll have perfect shots within just a few days of the event to use to design a wonderful yuletide reminder of how fun it can be to work for you.

For clubs and sports teams, ask for a copy of all the parents’ photos from the season. Choose a few great ones of each kid, create some photo collages for the different months, and either start or end with a team shot from the banquet. This full color calendar printing can be a great fundraiser for next season, when sold to parents and local community members. You can even get local businesses to sponsor different months and raise important funds for uniforms, travel, and equipment.

Charity groups also do well with bulk calendar printing. Whether you’re an animal rescue group with months of charismatic faces, a food bank that relies on donations, or a group trying to cure a childhood disease, many people need calendars. Having yours for sale first before the end of the year will make it more likely that it will sell well, and help your group raise more funds for doing good.
