Imprinting: The imprinting image area is 8.25"x1.25". Black ink is included in our prices. For custom single PMS color, please add $30.00 for quantities 100 to 500 and $60.00 for quantities 600 and above. For two color printing, please add $70.00 for quantities 100 to 500 and $110.00 for quantities 600 and above.

Proof: A single electronic proof is included in the price. Additional proofs if required are an additional $25.00.

Spiral Binding: White metal spiral binding is available. For quantities 100 to 900, please add $0.40 per calendar and for quantities 1000 and above, please add $0.25 per calendar.

Design Services are available for $65.00 per hour. Our design/layout services are billed in 1/2 hour increments
